In the year 2021, it is more important than ever to spend time with the ones you love.
Building relationships means spending time together. Doing an activity with someone once a week means that you have made this time a priority. It doesn’t have to be anything fancy. This year I have chosen to strengthen my relationship with my dad!
You can form a lasting habit by doing small things on a regular basis. Why not spend this year building a new habit of spending time with the people you care about? It’s not as difficult as you would imagine. Just pick something simple and stick to it.
Here are 21 ideas I want to try to spend time with my dad.
- Have a staring contest
- Make up a song and sing it
- Look for shapes in the clouds
- Go to the park
- Build a house of cards
- Solve a 1000 piece puzzle
