Sometimes, it's natural to feel lonely when we're unable to socialize with friends or make new ones.
So it’s important to try to connect with others through online communities, getting involved in sports or clubs, or just putting yourself out there. Focusing on self-improvement through hobbies or new projects can also help with feelings of loneliness. Even just doing a random act of kindness for someone will make both of you feel better.
Remember, being lonely doesn’t mean you’re alone!
